WHAT IS SITTING BULL MADE FROM?

All our fabrics are made out of polyester exclusively woven for Sitting Bull and are easily recognized by their softness yet high durability. Water resistant, stain resistant, washable, and breathable. Highest quality in its class!

The filling of our beanbag products consists of fine EPS “beans”. They are produced out of first grade genuine materials in “virgin quality”. The final product is considerably stronger and easily adaptable to the shape of your body. The “beans” absorb the warmth of your body and produce a nice and comfortable feeling.
 

IS THE BAG STRONG AND SAFE ENOUGH?

YES. We have tested the product rigorously according to the ASTM International standards and have not only met but exceeded the generally accepted contract & residential requirements on Breaking Strength, Tearing Strength, Surface Abrasion, and Sewn Seam Strength.

The textile also passed the highest norm of flammability resistance - the California Technical Bulletin 117, Classification 1.

DOES THE FILLING DECOMPRESS OVER TIME?

Yes, but it depends upon usage. Under normal usage conditions, the Sitting Bull products have proved to sustain their form and comfort over 1 - 2 years. Refills are available through Sitting Bull product resellers [see our “where to buy” section].

HOW DO I CLEAN THE SITTING BULL PRODUCTS?

The products can be cleaned with warm water and soap. The pet bags have an inner bag, so you can wash the outer bag.

CAN I BUY DIRECT FROM THE CORPORATE OFFICE?

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SHIP THE PRODUCT AFTER I PLACE THE ORDER?

The product will ship within 5 – 7 days of order placement. Large order lead times may vary depending on the size.

HOW WILL THE SITTING BULL SHIP?

The product is shipped via FedEx or UPS. A tracking number is provided upon shipping. Large orders may require separate arrangements. Please contact us for details.

DO YOU CHARGE A SALES TAX?

Commercial orders are not subject to sales tax. Due to government regulations, 6.75% sales tax will be added only to customers whose billing address falls within the state of North Carolina.

WHAT IS THE WARRANTY ON THE PRODUCTS?

Sitting Bull USA warrants the product against manufacturing defects for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase.
